UP RELEASES SEXUAL HARASSMENT CODE

“Know where the line is,” a sexual harassment code that contemplates cases of harassment that may be committed inside or outside UP premises, has been released. Under this code, sexual harassments may include, but are not limited to, cases that involve abuses committed by any personnel and students in the university. The code aims to identify the kinds of acts that may be punishable when proven guilty.
