Get valuable insights from one of only two in the world who is both certified PPP specialist and certified regulation specialist, Atty. Alberto Agra. He is a law professor at Ateneo Law School, and an active lecturer on PPPs. Since 2014, he has conducted 236 lectures on PPPs. His template of PPP ordinance has been referred to by 86 provinces, cities and municipali­ties. He formulated draft PPP and JV guidelines for public corporatio­ns. The PPP Code he drafted is now the official template of the Department of Interior and Local Government with majority of the LGUs adopting his version. He is a political law bar reviewer, and an incumbent Chairman of the Board of the Philippine Reclamatio­n Authority. He was the former acting secretary of Justice, acting solicitor general and government corporate counsel.
