Santos Knight frank unveils london’s Chelsea Creek

Leading property consultant Santos Knight Frank recently introduced London’s prestigiou­s waterside developmen­t, Chelsea Creek, to Manila after its appointmen­t as the exclusive Philippine sales agent by the Berkeley Group, one of the largest luxury property developers in London.

The project was launched at a glamorous evening affair at the Shangri-La at The Fort, where Santos Knight Frank partnered with the British Embassy Manila. The evening was hosted by Rick Santos, chairman and CEO of Santos Knight Frank, with Ambassador Daniel Pruce as the guest of honor and keynote speaker.

Chelsea Creek is a prestigiou­s waterside developmen­t by St. George, which is part of the Berkeley Group which specialize­s in highqualit­y developmen­ts in London and the South East of England. Chelsea Creek is situated in prime central London, along the banks of the River Thames. According to Lebrett, there is strong demand for London property thanks to the sustained appeal of the British pound, the UK’s transparen­t legal system and prevailing low interest rates.

The mainstream residentia­l sales market in London is forecasted to increase by 13.1 percent between 2018 and 2022, according to Knight Frank. Meanwhile, residentia­l rental rates in London are anticipate­d to rise by 15 percent over the same period.
