Man dies in Ilocos mishap

A 70-year-old man died after he was hit by a motorcycle in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte on Friday.

Felix Garalfe died while being treated at the Gov. Roque Ablan Sr. Memorial Hospital in Laoag City.

Garalfe was walking in Barangay Pasngal when he figured in the accident. Driver Jupiter Borromeo, 23, was held for questioning. Police said he was drunk.
