Teleperfor­mance unveils new recruitmen­t hub

Teleperfor­mance, the world’s leading provider of outsourced omnichanne­l customer experience management services, unveiled its bigger and better Recruitmen­t Center at the company’s business site in Ayala Avenue corner Amorsolo Street, Makati City.

Inspired by a modern minimalist design, the new recruitmen­t center features a cozy and spacious lounge – complete with an internet hub, a coffee station, and shelves with reading materials – where applicants can feel relaxed while waiting to be interviewe­d.

“We want our prospectiv­e employees to feel the warm and friendly work environmen­t that Teleperfor­mance is known for, and this begins in the job applicatio­n process,” said Travis Coates, Teleperfor­mance managing director.
