Master photographers lead basic, pro courses

-

The best way to learn photography is through the guidance of master photographers who will unselfishly share their expertise and experience. They will handle the basic and professional photography courses being offered by the Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation (FFPF).

Among the FPPF lecturers in seminars being held at the Fort Santiago in Intramuros, Manila is Prof. Alberto Tanedo, a faculty member of the Department of Visual Communications of the University of the Philippines College of Fine Arts. He is also the current head of the National Committee for the Visual Art (NCVA) of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA).

Photography is an effective tool in marketing goods and services. Photography has also been very effective in telling about local and world events. This medium presents view in portraits and other personal images. It records festivals and other celebrations.

Indeed photography is an essential part of society in so many ways.

Amateur and professional photographers who have taken seminars under FPPF photographers are now competitive professional photographers while some amateur photographers won photography contests here and abroad.

The next seminars to be conducted by the FPPF are: the five-day weekday to start on April 23; five-Saturday basic photography to start on May 12; advanced photography course on April 28-29 and May 5-6; wedding photography on May 26-27; two-Sunday seminar on basic videography on April 29 and May 6, and Strobist photography on April 14.
