Guests listened to symphonic music as they looked at Botanika’s atrium and lobby that featured great ventilation and natural light streaming in. Lush “gardenscapes” that are all over the development helped the development gain a three-star BERDE rating for design from the Philippine Green Building Council.
Architect Dodo Casibang of AECOM talked about how the lush landscape connects Botanika’s features and amenities. “One of the things that I am truly proud of is really how we were able to seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor spaces.”
For his part, Andy Locsin of Leandro V. Locsin Partners also shared how Botanika’s architecture considered the kind of lifestyle that awaits the future residents. “One of the core values of this project is the ability to live an environmentally ethical life. I think that is one of the aspects that the clients are looking for.”
Guests were also given a tour of the grand three-bedroom mock-up unit, the state-of-theart business center, as well as the indoor and outdoor kids’ play area, all interior designed by Isabelle Miaja of the Miaja Design Group.
