China Blue by Jereme Leung offers set menus that include wok-fried king prawns with savory cherry tomato garlic sauce, steamed sea garoupa with superior soya sauce, sautéed lobster with Singapore chili sauce served with mini steamed bun, and wokfried US beef with Yunnan XO mushroom sauce and candied pili nuts, among other creations. The set menus start at P 2,800 per person for a minimum of 10 persons per table. Mother’s Day themed cakes and confections add a touch of sweetness to the month of May at Bru Coffee Bar, including decadent macarons in different hues, available for pre-order and pick-up.
