Harmie Constantin­o primes up for a crack at another match play title as she heads the early roster of participan­ts in the 2018 Philippine Junior Amateur Match Play Golf Championsh­ip beginning May 14 at Riviera Golf and Country Club’s Langer course in Silang, Cavite.

Constantin­o bested Mikha Fortuna to claim the Phl Am Open match play diadem last month at Orchard with the many-time national team mainstay looking for another championsh­ip in next week’s event for players 17-years-old-and-below.

The organizing National Golf Associatio­n of the Philippine­s said list-up ends today. Fee is pegged at P3,000 for local participan­ts and P4,000 for foreigners, inclusive of one practice round.

The top 32 in the boys’ side and top 16 in the girls section after two rounds of stroke play will advance to the knockout phase of the annual event sponsored by the MVP Sports Foundation and held as part of the PLDT Group National Amateur Golf Tour.

Others in the fold are Tomi Arejola, Laurea Duque, Sofia Legaspi, Arnie Tanguines, Mariel Tee and Koreans Jang Yun Ji and Kim Seo Young.

Paolo Wong and Pierre Ticzon, on the other hand, lead the cast in the boys’ side along with Matthew Abalos, Kristoffer Arevalo, Leandro Bagtas, Paolo Barro and Vince Floro.
