MyCitiHomes launches Sabella, its biggest project

-

Local builder MyCitiHomes has taken property development to a higher level as it launches this month its biggest residential project, Sabella, designed by green architecture specialist Palafox Associates.

The 47-hectare property in Barangay Panungyanan, Gen. Trias, Cavite is an ideal place for startup families, retirees or the working class due to its accessibility. Tagaytay City is just over 30 minutes away while Metro Manila destinations can be reached in at least 45 minutes through Governor’s Drive, Aguinaldo Highway and the ongoing Cavite-Laguna Expressway.

The surrounding areas of Sabella are also complete with necessary public services like hospitals, supermarkets, schools and malls, on top of the usual amenities inside its perimeters such as a swimming pool, a multipurpose clubhouse, a community chapel, playgrounds and picnic area, jogging and biking paths and two basketball courts.

The adjacent three-hectare Eco Park, an entirely independent development apart from Sabella, meanwhile, will feature facilities such as a community garden for senior citizens and green thumbs, arts and crafts section for the kids and the creative hands, wall climbing, trampoline and zip lining zone for the physically active, boating and fishing area.

Sabella will be building 1,800 townhomes and single-attached units, with two model houses to choose from - Aliyah and Callista.

Aliyah is a two-story townhome unit on 54 square meters floor area with three bedrooms, a toilet and bath, plus a provision for one-car garage. The twostory Callista single-attached unit is designed for bigger families. It has an 81-square meter floor area on a 100-square meter lot, four bedrooms, two toilet and baths and a provision for two-car garage.

Housing options range from P1.7 million to P2.6 million, depending on the unit and its location, with flexible payment schemes such as bank, Pag-IBIG and in-house financing.
