Berin, Antonio lead chase for World Slasher crown
Frank Berin posted 5-0 cards on two of his entries to lead the elite field in the grand finals of the World Slasher Cup 2 Invitational nine-cock derby at the Smart Araneta Coliseum today.
Joining Berin, the 2017 WSC back-to-back champion and runner-up last January, in the finals is Patrick Antonio, the 2018 WSC 1 solo champion who will field in his top Inguel lemon roundheads for another crack at the coveted crown.
“They are favored to win the championship,” said WSC media partner CEO Manny Berbano of Pit Games Media Inc.

Staying in the title hunt are visitors Bel Almojera of Florida, USA (4.5 points), Roger Nook of Vietnam, Carlos Camacho of Guam and Jorge Goitia of California (4 points each).
