RetroSPeCT’s Jmartin goes solo

JMartin (photo), seasoned singer, dancer, composer, producer and frontman of REtroSPECT, has released his first solo album titled JMartin Hiwaga.

The record, which is named after the Filipino word for “mystery,” boasts of original compositions and potential classics like Mula Ngayon composed by Vehnee Saturno and arranged by Bobby Velasco. The second single off the album Ikaw Lang Ang Kulang is a feel-good song about a person’s inspiration, composed by JMartin himself with Ogie Ramos and arranged by the album’s co-producer Miguel Cortes.

Both Mula Ngayon and Ikaw Lang Ang Kulang by JMartin could now be requested on MOR 101.9, Wish 107.5 and Pinas FM 95.5 in the Philippines and Megamixx 101.9 in Guam, USA.

Other tracks in the album include the poetic Hiwaga, the dance track Respeto, the soulful Ikaw Pa Rin and the emotionallycharged Umaasa, which have been released on iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music through ABS-CBN Star Music under JARO Productions and Godspeed Music label. Official music videos of JMartin are also available for viewing on Star Music’s YouTube channel.
