Acienda Designer Outlet offers a world-class shopping experience

-

The Philippines will soon have an innovative shopping destination that combines the best outlet store bargains similar to the international outlet retail experience in the US and Europe. One of the partner developers is from Great Britain.

Acienda Designer Outlet (ADO) located in Silang, Cavite — five minutes north of the Tagaytay City rotunda — finally brings the world-class outlet shopping experience to the country on Aug. 2. It features big brands in about 100 shops all under one roof.

The latest fashion will be offered within a comfortable world- class environment at exciting price points. Shoppers can go wild over year-round discounts ranging from 30 to 70 percent, even going as high as 80 percent, on excellent branded selections.

There is more to shopping at ADO, as the partner firms have developed it with a total lifestyle experience in mind. Aside from the spacious shop areas with its four distinct and wellplanned architectural themes, this outlet mall will offer daily events and weekend activities for shoppers to enjoy. It likewise features restaurants that will offer refreshments and a relaxing respite from shopping.

The focal point is the French-style windmill at the courtyard, which is sure to turn out as selfie central.

Acienda Designer Outlet is a P2.5 billion joint venture between Cathay Land Inc., one of the country’s fastest growing developers, and London-based Freeport Retail, a specialist developer and operator of outlets. The partners are already identifying strategic locations for their second outlet mall that is set to open in the next three years.

Jeffrey Ng, president of Cathay Land, looks forward to bringing the dedicated designer outlet shopping experience to the Philippines. With ADO, local shoppers and foreign travelers can experience the well-planned outlet format that has already been proven successful in the outlets that Freeport has opened in Europe and in Malaysia.

“We have set out to deliver something truly different and memorable with a look and feel that is unique to the Philippines. At Acienda Designer Outlet, they can have fun while they shop for bargains,” Ng declared.

Freeport Retail co-founder and director Chris Milliken shared the future of the country’s outlet shopping scene: “At Acienda Designer Outlet, shoppers can experience enjoyable shopping expeditions with our great selection of brands. We are envisioning it to be a hub for fashion- and budget-conscious shoppers. Everyone loves a bargain.”

Commercial spaces are now being turned over to locators to meet the opening activities, but a few prime commercial spots are still available to top retail brands. For more information, call Joby Pablo at 638-2264 or send an email to joby.pablo@ aciendadesigneroutlet.com.
