Reach your #HairGoals
It was an afternoon all about hair at Watsons’ #HairGoals event held at the Main Atrium of SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City.
Guests enjoyed checking out different hair color stations and hair care products booths available at the venue.
Brands represented during the event included Revlon, Revia, Bigen, Liese, Kolours, Beautylabo, L’Oreal Excellence, Naturtint and Lolane.
Vitress endorser, actress and TV host Solenn Heussaff shared her hair care secrets with the guests. She said, “I’ve been using Vitress even before I was an endorser. My hair looks good now but in the morning, it’s not like this. It’s slightly dry. I use one or two drops of Vitress to make it look healthy.”
Watsons carries a wide array of products for the hair, from hair color to shampoos and conditioner. Senior category manager Aimee Pernia said, “We have two new brands — Sparks and Eva NYC — and new products like Excellence Fashion Ultra Light from L’Oreal, which lightens your hair by four shades. #HairGoals isn’t just about hair color. It includes styling, hair care, shampooing and conditioning, hair tools and many others.”
So, whatever your #HairGoals need, Watsons got it covered with products like Cream Silk with its new Triple Keratin Rescue conditioner and has the power of three treatments; Dove Invigorating Dry Shampoo, which is perfect for the weather in the Philippines as it refreshes hair in between shampoos and creates volume; Tresemme Freeze Hold Hairspray, which keeps one’s hairstyle in place; and Eva NYC Hungry Hair Oil Treatment is for those with bleached or damaged hair as it keeps hair smooth and tangle-free without making it look oily. There is also Eva NYC Healthy Heat Ceramic Styling Iron Electric, which styles hair with minimal damage because of its different heat settings.
Pernia also added that Watsons now carries shampoos and conditioners that are free from sulfates and parabens. “Our shoppers don’t just go in and buy products. They look at labels and they know what they want; what they can afford. So we give them a selection of what they need,” she said.
