Greenfield City sustains dev’t with new milestones
Leading property developer Greenfield Development Corp. (GDC) has set new milestones in Greenfield City, its 400-hectare township in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
GDC chairman and president Jeffrey Campos led the recent launch of Trava and Zadia residential developments, the new residential concepts that complement the “city within a park” lifestyle proposition of Greenfield City.
Trava is a 31-hectare ultra-upscale horizontal development and the first project of Greenfield Deluxe, GDC’s new luxury brand. Zadia, on the other hand, is a 35,000-square meter midrise vertical development ideal for those looking for a quiet, suburban lifestyle infused with the conveniences of condominium living.
“Greenfield City is envisioned to continuously shape the landscape of Sta. Rosa, Laguna into one that is innovative yet exhibiting utmost respect to the land. This is the foundation of the “city within a park” design that pays close attention to providing more green open space, tree-lined roads, landscaped gardens, and parks,” said GDC executive vice president and general manager Duane Santos.
Spacious living at Trava will be reflected in the two-story green houses that stand amid rich greenery. Architect Andy Locsin designed the eco-friendly Trava house models that are crafted with sustainable materials like low-emissivity glass which minimizes the amount of ultraviolet and infrared light coming in. Roofs are also solar panel-ready, and engineered wood and low VOC paint (odorless paint) are used.
Zadia, meanwhile, boasts of a low density environment in its five-building condominium complex that are 10-storys high each. The vertical enclave prides itself as a green land that gives a contemporary feel to lush living achieved through its open fields, exquisite amenities like the clubhouse, swimming pool, play area, lobbies, and cozy living spaces that each has a balcony for one to appreciate the surroundings. A newly unveiled access road also makes Tagaytay City easily accessible from Zadia.
The new milestones are part of GDC’s master-plan for a continuously progressing central business district in the south that would further boost Sta. Rosa City’s economic growth. Homebuyers also stand to gain as the latest developments increase land value in the area.
“We have confidence in the potential of Philippine cities like Sta. Rosa, Laguna to thrive this is why we continue to build on our developments—guided by our promise of developing sustainable townships that are positioned to stay relevant in the future,” Santos said.
