Recently, Kodak Alaris officials were in Manila to reintroduce the brand and present the Alaris S2000 Series, the brand’s next generation of IN2 Ecosystem scanners designed to “eliminate complexity in capturing information, simplify and improve the way people work.”
The S2000 Series includes the S2050 and S2070 models with USB connection; and the S2060w and S2080w, which are wireless/network models that offer nominal speeds between 50 and 80 pages per minute. These scanners also boast features, which include an active feed technology that perfectly aligns pages to avoid misfeeds and multifeeds; embedded image process- ing that delivers crisp, high-quality images without depending on one’s PC; and perfect page technology, which optimizes image quality on every page for accurate information extraction.
