ROTARY CLUB COMMEMORAT­IVE STAMP:

Rotary Club of Manila will celebrate 100 years as the first Rotary Club in Asia. It was chartered on June 1, 1919. RCM recently signed of a memorandum of agreement with the Philippine Postal Corp. for the issuance of a 100 years commemorat­ive stamp.
