DOMINGUEZ TO SPEAK BEFORE MANILA ROTARIANS: Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez is set to speak before his home club, the Rotary Club of Manila, on July 5 at the New World Makati Hotel. He will discuss the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, a major component of President Duterte’s 10-point economic agenda, which aims to make the country’s tax regime more efficient, equitable and progressive. The announcement was made by centennial president Jesus Pineda during the club’s first luncheon meeting for Rotary Centennial Year 20182019.
