Juliana Parizcova Segovia (photo) was declared winner in the first Miss Q&A contest of the ABS-CBN’s It’s Showtime, chosen by 10 celebrity judges from a field of 10 finalists. Juliana won a ‘retoke’ package worth P500,000, an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Thailand, a business franchise worth P900,000, a Miss Q&A crown and trophy, and P1M cash.
