Daiichi’s World Plaza lives up to billing as global companies make it their home

-

When Daiichi Properties started construction of its award-winning building, World Plaza, four years ago, it envisioned the project to be a world-class office building that tenants can be proud of calling their corporate home.

Today, that vision has become a reality with global companies making World Plaza their corporate address.

What makes the building appealing to these multinationals is the combination of outstanding features and facilities. From double-glazed fully unitized curtain wall that maximizes natural lighting to a VRF air-conditioning system that ensures thermal comfort, the 27-story structure offers tenants with the best working environment.

To complement the worldclass structure, Daiichi Properties provides the same level of world-class property management through its subsidiary, Daiichi Property Solutions (DPS), a curated team of passionate managers who are experts in their field but more importantly are dedicated to provide solutions to tenants’ concerns.

“Daiichi Properties is honored that these companies chose us to be their corporate address. We take pride not just of our location and amenities but also of the efficient service that our teams provide. We would just like to reiterate to our tenants our commitment to be able to make their stay here at World Plaza as convenient and comfortable as possible,” Daiichi Properties senior vice president Charmaine Uy said.

“Our new customer service team are dedicated to respond fast, efficiently and more effectively to all requests coming from our tenants,” DPS general manager Joel Cruz added.

World Plaza is a premiumgrade office building located on 5th Avenue in Bonifacio Global City. It was designed by Gensler, a global architecture firm known for designing some of the most iconic buildings and complexes in the world, and stands as one of the few structurally-tested buildings in the country that can stand strong earthquakes and typhoons.

The building has also been recognized as the Five-Star Best Office Development – Philippines in the 2015 Asia Pacific Property Awards and bagged the gold in the Office Category of the 2017 FIABCI Philippines Property & Real Estate Awards.
