RLC prime office bldg to rise in QC next year
Robinsons Cybergate Magnolia, a prime office development with more than 10,000 square meters of leasable space, will soon rise at one of Robinsons Land Corp.’s premier mixed-use complex located along Aurora Boulevard and Doña Hemady Street in Quezon City.
The new office building will sit on a multi-faceted five-hectare development called The Magnolia Town Center, which has four residential towers – The Magnolia Residences, a premiere mall – Robinsons Magnolia and Summit Hotel Magnolia. Over the years, the development has garnered prestigious recognition, which includes Robinsons Magnolia being the first ‘Green Mall Building’ of Quezon City; and The Magnolia Town Center, as the Best Mixed-Use Development by the International Property Awards.
Robinsons Cybergate Magnolia will be appended to Robinsons Magnolia mall’s upcoming five-level expansion floors which will house a wellcurated mix of global retail brands, a variety of popular casual dining restaurants, an interactive “art scaped” garden, a food gallery, a chapel, and four cutting-edge cinemas.
