Acienda Designer Outlet will open on Oct. 27 as they have already turned over prime commercial spaces to confirmed tenants who have already begun the fit-out process of their stalls and restaurants. In fact, only a few select prime commercial spots are left for top brands and dining concepts.
This discount destination promises locators a 90-minute catchment area of 16.5 million locals and tourists with above-average incomes and a high level of fashion consciousness.
To make the decision even easier for retail and dining locators, Cathay Land has partnered with lifestyle brand Freeport Retail from London to open Silang’s new shopping hub.
