Silliman University holds exhibit at Robinsons Place Dumaguete
Taking the spotlight in this month’s Robinsons Malls Entrep Corner is none other than the young and bright students of Silliman University.
Ongoing until Sept. 11, a promising variety of quick and delicious treats conveniently housed in Robinsons Place Dumaguete await everyone who wants to satisfy their insatiable hunger to try and taste something new.
Over 30 fourth year students under the Entrepreneurship Department put their skills to the test as they prepare creative culinary concoctions that can satisfy all of your cravings.
The Meat the Cheese crew is up for the job. Its Tacodilla will make you see tacos and quesadillas in a new light. What makes their product so unique is the taco shells inside the quesadilla which is certified fresh every day. Offering three different fillings in Chicken, Beef and Pork Sisig, you will surely stop by for more. Don’t forget to try their house blend iced tea to cool you off.
The Cutlers offers French bread called Cutlings. Stuffed with meaty fillings such as breaded beef, chicken and fish. You can even choose either Garlic Ranch or BBQ sauce for your meal but to give you a tip coming from the experts, Chicken and Fish are best paired with the Garlic Ranch sauce while Beef is best paired with BBQ sauce.
The Twister Company offers Hotwist, a skewered foot long hotdog with potato twister. Topped with different sauces in cheesy bacon, chili con carne, or flaming barbeque, you will not want to try a regular hotdog again.
Dip’em Company offers Chick-A-Boo! You can also choose from a variety of sauces such as spicy cheesy sauce, sweet and spicy sauce, spicy sauce and thousand Island Sauce.
The Royal Sweets Co. offers its Cookie Dough Pops and Cookie Dough Sandwich. Both are richly dipped in chocolate ganache.
Robinsons Malls Entrep Corner is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project that provides college students, taking up Entrepreneurship or a business-related course invaluable retail experience in a Robinsons Mall.
