Shanti Dope brings Pinoy pride to int’l collaborations

-

Fast-rising rapper Shanti Dope brings Pinoy rap into the international scene. As he celebrates one year in the industry, and more than 20 million views and streams for his hit song Nadarang, the new gen 17-year-old songwriter adds collaborations with international artists to his list of career achievements.

Shanti will bring his A-game to the international remix of the song Crazy by American singer Mimi. He joins NomaD and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony member Krayzie Bone in the catchy hip-hop tune, also giving it a Pinoy twist. The song does not only feature the artist himself, but also our very own language as he raps Tagalog in his verse.

The rap prodigy is also set to be a special guest (together with his mentor Gloc-9) in the upcoming Ultimate hiphop OG Bone Thugs-N-Harmony concert on Sept. 5 at the Mall of Asia Arena. Tickets to the show produced by Ovation Productions are available via SM Tickets.

Meanwhile, Mimi’s Crazy (International Remix) feat. Shanti Dope, Krayzie Bone, and NomaD is available on iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer and Amazon. Shanti’s EP is available on iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer and Amazon under Universal Records.
