3 SM Group companies top taxpayers of Bulacan City

SAN JOSE DEL MONTE – Three companies belonging to the SM Group were the top three taxpayers of this city.

The city government of San Jose del Monte led by Mayor Arthur Robesrecog­nized on Wednesday the top 25 taxpayers on its annual investors night dubbed as ‘Isang Piging: Rigodon de Honor’ held in Colinas Verdes in the city.

The dinner party was hosted by the business permits and licensing office of the city and is one of the highlights of the ongoing 3rd Tanglawan Festival that will culminate tomorrow with the theme “Kasaysayan ng Lahing San Joseño, Linangin at Pagyamanin.”

The city government annually recognizes its top taxpayers for their role as major contributo­rs to economic developmen­t of the “Rising City of San Jose del Monte.”

The top five taxpayers of the city were The SM Store (Madison Shopping Plaza Inc.), SM Supermaket (Supervalue Inc.), SM Prime Holdings Inc., Borland Developmen­t Corp and AllHome Corp.

The next top payers include Masterpiec­e Asia Properties Inc., Savemore Market (Sanford Marketing Corp.) – Muzon branch, Puregold Price Club Inc. – Starmall, UNAHCO Inc., Nuvista (PA Alvarez Properties and Developmen­t Corp.), Colinas Verdes Inc. Real State Developmen­t, Avida Land Corp., Amaia Land Corp., Savemore Market (Sanford Marketing Corp.) – Tungkong Mangga branch, Star Appliance Center Inc., Allied Metals Inc., Puregold Price Club Inc. in Barangay Bagong Buhay I, HausPlus Ventures Inc. and Mercury Drug Muzon branch, Mercury Drug – Bulacan Tungkong Mangga branch, Mercury Drug Corp. Sapang Palay branch, Mercury Drug – Bulacan Starmall branch, FC Homes Center (First Choice Home Durables Corp.) and Ace Hardware Philippine­s Inc.
