Go visits Manila, Navotas fire victims

Special Assistant to the President Christopher “Bong” Go on Saturday distributed relief goods to around 50 families affected by a fire in Sta. Cruz, Manila last week.

Go gave the fire victims hygiene kits, food packs and cash assistance.

Prior to this, Go accompanied President Duterte on an official visit to Israel and Jordan.

Go advised the residents to avail themselves of assistance from the National Housing Authority.

He proceeded to Barangay Tangos in Navotas where he visited 15 families who lost their homes in a fire on Sept. 5.

Go urged the Bureau of Fire Protection to intensify its awareness campaign to prevent fires.
