One dead, 2 hurt in mishap

TUGUEGARAO CITY – A security guard died while two others, including a police officer, were seriously wounded after their motorcycle hit a truck in Barangay Maddarulug Sur, Enrile, Cagayan late last week.

Police identified the fatality as Elmer Millo. His brother Jayson and Police Officer 1 Carl Bryan Pagulayan were rushed to a hospital.

Reports showed that the driver of the truck, Ely Lagman, was turning left when Elmer’s motorcycle crashed into his vehicle at 5:30 a.m.

Lagman surrendered to responding police officers after the accident.
