Electrolux Phl welcomes new GM
Electrolux Philippines, a leading global appliance company, recently welcomed their newly appointed general manager John Richard Sotelo.
A highly accomplished business and brand builder, Sotelo has almost two decades of experience in general management and marketing in consumer electronics, fast moving consumer goods, telecommunications, technology and finance / insurance.
Prior to joining Electrolux Philippines, Sotelo served as chief marketing officer of Samsung Electronics, where he helped deliver double-digit growth in various business units. He also has extensive experience in the FMCG and telecommunications industry and has served in leadership positions in various large organizations, including L’Oreal and P&G Philippines.
In his new role, Sotelo will be responsible for delivering overall business results in the country, as well as overseeing and directing the operations of Electrolux Philippines.
