KING SUE PANDESAL MUFFIN PIZZA
Ingredients:
3 pcs. big pandesal
250g King Sue Hawaiian Ham,
1 pc. big tomato,
1/2 cup mozarella cheese (grated) fresh basil olive oil Procedure: Remove the top part of the bread and remove the bread inside. Put in the sliced tomato, slices of King Sue Hawaiian Ham and grated cheese. Put in a toaster for a few minutes or until the cheese is melted. To serve, top with basil and drizzle with olive oil.
KING SUE SWEET HAM AND CORN FRITTERS
Ingredients:
250g King Sue Sweet Ham (diced)
2 cups vegetable oil (frying) 1 can kernel corn 3 pcs, eggs 1 cup milk 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 pc. white onion(finely diced) 2 cups all-purpose flour 4 tbsps. cornstarch 1 tsp. baking powder Procedure:
Heat oil in a pan.Whisk together eggs, milk, cayenne pepper, flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Add ham and onions and season accordingly. Scoop out rounded tablespoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil one at a time. The drops should form a loose layer on the top of the oil. Lower the heat and fry until the drops of batter are dark golden brown. Remove the beignets from the oil and place them on a towel. Serve with corn tidbits on top.
