The first wave of acts for next year’s Wanderland Music and Arts Festival is here, and we can’t wait.

It’s still a good four months until Wanderland 2019, but honestly, we’re already counting down the days. I mean, it’s practically a national holiday. And with next year’s festival lasting two full days, you best believe we’re already planning ahead. Tickets are already on sale, and hotels are probably going just as fast (just a gentle reminder to our friends from The North, unless you want to go up and down through the metro in two days). And in case you haven’t heard, Karpos Multimedia has already released the first wave of its 22-act lineup. Gird your loins, ‘cause it’s going to be one helluva trick.

Wanderland is known for bringing in lots of international faves, and the 2019 festival will be no different. The first co-headliner is — are you ready? — Two Door Cinema Club. It’s been a while since they were here last, so it’ll be a treat for sure. Joining Two Door are two acts from the US, Masego and JMSN. Masego will bring their signature headbopping, face-warming jazz, while JMSN will get Wanderers hypnotized with their alternative soul music. Jumping over from across the pond is producer, songwriter and DJ SG Lewis from the UK, who will perform an electronic-based set.

Wanderland always brings out the best of OPM, and they are delivering with this first wave of acts. Leading the pack is alltime fave Sandwich, joined by Wanderland first-timer (as a solo act, at least) Unique, fresh from his debut concert and album launch. Joining the roster are more faves from the Karpos Live lineup, with Reese Lansangan, Clara Benin and Dayaw.

Two-day Regular Wanderer passes go for P7,000+, and Star Wanderer passes are at P10,000+. For groups of five, the Regular Wanderbuddies package starts at P30,000+ and Star Wanderbuddies will cost P40,000+. Tickets are on sale now at SM Tickets and wanderlandfestival.com. Act fast, ‘cause if you blink you might just miss the magic.
