Man accused of killing wife, mother-in-law surrenders
LEGAZPI CITY – A man who allegedly killed his wife and mother-in-law last week surrendered on Thursday.
Joey Cariaga, 46, was accompanied by his lawyer when he turned himself in to the police, according to Chief Inspector Malou Calubaquib, Bicol police spokesperson.
Cariaga allegedly beat to death his wife Noemi and her mother Conchita Antioquia using an arnis stick.
“His 13-year-old son testified that his father killed his mother and grandmother,” Calubaquib said.
