ABOITIZLAND EXPANDS REAL ESTATE PORTFOLIO:

AboitizLand, the homegrown Cebuano property arm of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc., is expanding its real estate portfolio nationwide. It recently launched two new Ajoya properties situated in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, and Capas, Tarlac to provide more middle income families with master-planned communities. Through Ajoya, locals can now settle in their own homes without having to transfer to more heavily populated areas in Metro Manila and CALABARZON. Ajoya Cabanatuan is a 19-hectare property located in Barangay Valle Cruz, Nueva Ecija while Ajoya Capas is a 13-hectare house and lot development in Barangays Talaga and Estrada in Tarlac. Both properties contain 1,000 units of homes each.
