As part of its plan to expand its footprint in the Philippines, property-tech company Revolution Precrafted has entered into a partnership with Community Creators Inc. (CCI) for the supply of at least P10 billion worth of residential properties in two separate developments in the provinces of Rizal and Bulacan.

CCI is the owner and developer of premium residential projects Amiya Raya in San Mateo, Rizal and Altana in Malolos, Bulacan.

Under the deal, Revolution Precrafted is expected to supply more than 1,300 singledetached homes and condominium units in the Revolution Hills at Amiya Raya, just 15 minutes away from Quezon City. Unit sizes range from 72 square meters to 142.4 sqm, standing on 150 sqm to 250 sqm lots, with breathtaking views of the Metro Manila skyline, Sierra Madre mountain ranges and Laguna de Bay.

The single-detached homes will be priced from P5.9 million to P11 million.

The prefab firm will also be supplying condominium units via low-rise buildings in the expansion areas of the project. The units will measure 30 to 40 sqm.

Collectively, all phases will be part of the 46-hectare property to be known as Revolution Hills at Amiya Raya. Revenues from all residential components from this segment are expected to reach at least P9.5 billion.

“This new development is a major project for us. We have always wanted to launch projects that have close proximity to Metro Manila. We envision Revolution Hills at Amiya Raya to be a gamechanging development,” said Revolution Precrafted founder and CEO Robbie Antonio.

Aside from the Rizal deal, Revolution Precrafted and CCI have agreed to partner for the development of another project in Bulacan province.

Revolution Precrafted will also be leading the sales and marketing for 90 homes in the town of Malolos, located an hour and a half away from Metro Manila. Owners of another 60 lots, previously sold by CCI will also be offered the chance to avail of homes designed by the property-tech company. Proceeds from the Bulacan segment of the deal are expected at P500 million.

For her part, CCI CEO Chay Garcia said once completed, these new communities in Rizal and Malolos will help decongest Metro Manila, providing well planned and quality residential living environments for its future residents.

Revolution Precrafted also has presence in Batangas via the $1.1-billion Batulao Artscapes which has over 8,600 units. It is also present in Pampanga through the $750-million Revolution Flavorscapes project, where the company is expected to sell 15,000 homes. The company also signed a deal to develop 800 residential units in Puerto Azul in Cavite.
