PA PROPERTIES BOOSTS LINK WITH HANKYU:

Laguna-based P.A. Alvarez Properties & Development Corp. has forged two more joint venture agreements with Osaka-based Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. in line with a five-year plan to launch up to three housing projects in the Philippines annually. The new deals will expand their first venture, Idesia Dasmarinas, and add another residential community in Lipa, Batangas.
