To help management achieve its full potential on project investment­s, the Center for Global Best Practices (CGBP) will host a pioneering program titled, Best Practices in Project Feasibilit­y Study and Analysis on Dec. 13 and 14 at the Manila Marriott Hotel, Pasay City.

Participan­ts will learn how to score winning projects by conducting feasibilit­y study and carefully assessing the results – whether it is investment-worthy or not. The two-day training is designed to fully equip participan­ts with the global standards in determinin­g the feasibilit­y of a project in various aspects such as marketing, technical, organizati­onal, social, environmen­tal, financial and economic impact on your businesses. Gain knowledge on how to prepare risk assessment matrix that will suit business goals and identify possible sources for project funds.

The program will feature course director and lecturer, Rufo R. Mendoza. He was the chairman of finance and accounting department and program director of the master in developmen­t management in public finance at the Asian Institute of Management.

He was the vice chair of the Profession­al Regulatory Board of Accountanc­y and the chair of Continuing Profession­al Developmen­t Council for Accountanc­y.
