Tim Tam Ong's New Year statement pieces

-

A fusion of classic and contemporary design aesthetics highlights the Heirloom collection of jewelry designer Tim Tam Ong. These are perfect pieces to make a statement for 2019.

A tribute to Filipino heritage, all pieces have taken inspiration from a mother’s love as she instills appreciation for tradition, culture, and authenticity to her children.

As an advocate of Filipino talent, Tim Tam Ong’s products are 100 percent locally made. Clearly appreciative of the work put into services and creations and more than building a name for her brand, she supports local artists, advocacies and professionals.

Nature’s artworks, as seen through the form of local raw materials, such as carabao horn, mother of pearl, and pearls — all of which are exclusively found in the Philippines — became the catalyst for Tim Tam Ong’s design inspirations, which exude femininity, subtlety, and old-world charm.

Meticulous, handcrafted designs are a testament to Tim Tam’s dedication in finding beauty in the ordinary and the obscure. Each piece is painstakingly crafted by passionate artisan hands, as seen in the intricate jewelry designs. Tim Tam has put emphasis on making the jewelry flexible enough to be statement pieces for both casual and formal outfits.

“As a designer, I feel that part of my legacy is to share the wondrous culture and arts of the Philippines to the whole world by making them accessible through jewelry,” shares the designer. “From our hands to yours, may the beauty, depth and integrity of each jewelry piece bring a deep appreciation of what is strongly Filipino.”

The Heirloom collection is exclusively at Tim Tam Ong’s boutique at R2 Level PowerPlant Mall, Rockwell Center. For information, visit www.timtamong.com, email ongtimtam@yahoo.com.ph, or visit @timtamongpage on Facebook or Instagram.
