ST. JOSEPH SPRINGFIELD BREAKS GROUND:

Alvarez Properties and Development Corp. marked another milestone as it recently broke ground for St. Joseph Springfield, a three-hectare affordable housing project in Barangay Laguerta, Calamba, Laguna.
