Apostleship of Prayer to celebrate 175th anniversary

The Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Group, the Apostleship of Prayer, celebrates its 175th anniversary this year. To mark this, a pilgrimage to Italy with a special audience with Pope Francis has been set by a group of devotees.

The pilgrimage-tour includes Milan, Florence, Siena, Assisi, Porziuncola, Loreto, Lanciano, San Giovanni Rotondo, Monte Cassino (to visit the Benedictine monastery), Rome, Vatican Museum, St. Peter’s Basilica, and more. An extra day for shopping is also offered.

The pilgrimage’s highlight is the 175th anniversary of the Apostleship of Prayer at the Paul VI Audience Hall in Rome to be presided by Pope Francis.
