TO SPREAD kilig for everyone on Valentines’ day, Grab, the leading Online-to-Offline (O2O) mobile platform, has designed several GrabCar vehicles to sport a Valentines-inspired look that will delight passengers with free rides.

Thirty Kilig cars, GrabCars that are specially designed with pink and green skin and charming and playful stickers, are out to bring its own brand of kilig to its passengers in Metro Manila. On February 14, random yet lucky passengers who will match with the drivers of the Kilig cars will be treated with a free ride and P200 worth of GrabCar, GrabFood and GrabExpress promo codes.

“As we celebrate the month of love, we are mindful that kilig is for everyone. This is why we decided to up our kilig game and bring onboard other daily services - such as GrabShare, GrabFood, GrabExpress and GrabRewards to complement this year’s ultimate GrabBae experience,” said Grab Philippines president Brian Cu.

“Bringing these Kilig cars in Metro Manila will bring a better Grab experience for our passengers,” Cu said.

GRABCAR IN-CAR VALENTINES’ DESIGN CONTEST FOR DRIVERS

To bring more kilig to passengers, Grab driverspartners are encouraged to be creative and amp up their game by decorating interiors of their vehicles through a special Ka-Grab In-Car Valentine’s Design Contest.

The mechanics of the contest is simple—dress up the interiors of their cars in relation to the love month. They are, however, required to avoid covering the windshield and mirrors for safety. From Feb 1 - 15, they have to should take a photo of their in-car design, post it as a comment on the official contest post published on Brian Cu’s official FB page, and then like and share their post.

Grab is giving away a total of P60,000 worth of Sodexo gift certificates to the top five drivers who creatively designed their GrabCars. The top prize for the contest wins P35,000 worth of Sodexo gift certificates. Cu and his team will personally check the design of the vehicles and the winners will be invited to Grab’s headquarters in Makati City for the awarding ceremony.

EVERYDAY KILIG EXPERIENCE

Aside from creative car designs, Grab is also showcasing an ultimate GrabBae experience, with a total of 70 GrabBaes in Metro Manila and Metro Cebu (50 in Manila, 20 in Cebu). GrabBaes will serenade and surpruse Grab consumers this season of love. Grab has also expanded its Valentine’s campaign to its other daily services, such as GrabShare, GrabFood, GrabExpress, and GrabRewards.

GrabShare users will have a chance to share a ride with a charming GrabBae, who will surprise passengers with a special Valentine’s present and Grab vouchers. On the other hand, those who ordered GrabFood may receive a sweet treat from their Cupid Riders. GrabExpress will also have suprise kilig raids in malls, train stations, schools, and offices to give out flowers and free P14 GrabExpress vouchers.

“As the everyday app for Filipinos, we are dedicated to bring more delightful and rewarding experiences to our consumers and improve their overall Grab experience,” Cu said.
