People judge you when you use poor grammar in written and spoken words. In a corporate setting, mastery of the English grammar to communicat­e effectivel­y can open new doors and more opportunit­ies for you and your organizati­on. As non-native speakers of English, we tend to have lapses in our rules of grammar. There is no shame in relearning your English!
