Woman sells P3.4-M shabu near Taguig school
A woman who recently got out of jail was arrested for allegedly selling methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu in front of a school in Taguig City on Friday afternoon.
Euela Araguel, 35, was caught by Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) operatives in front of the Ricardo P. Cruz Sr. Elementary School at around 5 p.m.
PDEA Special Enforcement Service Director Levi Ortiz said it is “alarming” that Araguel had the gall to sell illegal drugs in front of the school. Around 500 grams of shabu, with a street value of P3.4 million, was seized from the suspect.
Araguel was arrested in 2012 on charges of selling drugs and got out of jail last year after the charges were dismissed.
