CGBP, Lyceum host mandatory training program for lawyers

With the clamor of lawyers who are yet to comply with the 2019 Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requiremen­t, the Center for Global Best Practices and Lyceum of the Philippine­s College of Law will host a special four-day training, titled 2019 MCLE Program, on March 13 to 16, 2019 at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyon­g City.

This will feature the most seasoned lecturers and practition­ers in their field of expertise to present interestin­g and unique topics useful and relevant to one’s legal practice. Registrati­on is open to the general public. Lawyers attending the MCLE training can earn full 36 MCLE credit units. CGBP is accredited by the Civil Service Commission. Attendees from the government can earn points for their career advancemen­t and are exempted from the P2,000 limit when attending training conducted by the private sectors based on DBM Circular 563 dated April 22, 2016.
