Infant found dead in trash bin

TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan – The body of an infant was found in a trash bin in Burnham Park in Baguio City on Sunday.

Police said a garbage collector found the body wrapped in a black cloth and stuffed in a plastic bag.

The body was brought to the Baguio City Cathedral before it underwent post-mortem examination.
