Teen held for rape of girl, 9

TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan – A 17-year-old student was accused of raping a nine-year-old girl in Barangay Ipil, Gonzaga, Cagayan last Sunday.

Police said the suspect reportedly raped the victim along the seashore at around 4:30 p.m.

The victim sought police assistance after the suspect allowed her to leave.
