ARTHALAND LAUNCHES SAVYA FINANCIAL CENTER:

High-end green developer ArthaLand marks another milestone as it launched last Feb.28 the Savya Financial Center, a grade A mid-rise office condominium with a fully integrated retail component, located at the northeastern corner of Arca South in Taguig City. Both the North and South towers of Savya are designed and built with leading-edge sustainable building features, enough for the structures to be registered for dual certification in both the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and the Philippine Green Building Council’s BERDE.
