Robin Padilla starts campaign, bats for food security
Robin Padilla started his own campaign not for a local seat but as endorser for the latest brand of rice harvester as he bats for food security for the country.
Coming from a family of farmers, Robin said that he never had second thoughts in accepting the offer of Ada Manufacturing Corporation ((ADAMCO), distributor of Yanmar brand of Rice Combine Harvester in the Philippines.
‘I have a soft spot for farmers because I believe that agriculture will gratly improve our economy,’ Robin said during ADAMCO’s 20th anniversary held at the Manila Hotel.
ADAMCO began its business by manufacturing hand tractors in the 1970s as part of Ropali Trading until it became an independent company in 1999. Today, ADAMCO is the largest dealer of Rice harvester in the Philippines with 20 branches nationwide.
A 100-percent Filipinoowned company, ADAMCO also offers 100-percent genuine and complete spare parts of the equipment it sells.
