Learn how to prepare election SOCE

-

The Comelec perpetually disqualified a total of 105 candidates to hold public office “due to repeated failure to file their Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE)” in the previous elections. This is based on Comelec’s strict implementation of Resolution 9476 and Republic Act 7122 – mandating all election candidates and political parties (winning or not) to submit their SOCE within 30 days after election.

To help those running for an election office avoid disqualifications, the Center for Global Best Practice will host a special training entitled, Election Best Practices on How to Prepare Your SOCE on Thursday, May 30 at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

For details, check www. cgbp.org. The website contains CGBP’s complete list of best practices programs including How to Prepare Unsolicited Proposals for Government Projects, What You Must Know About the Procurement Law, How to Prepare Your Bidding Documents, PPP Certification Course, How to Joint Venture Effectively with the Government, How to Avoid COA Disallowances, Omnibus Rules on Appointment and other Human Resource Actions, Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service and many more!
