Phinma enters the co-working space with Acceler8

-

In 2017, Raphael Felix, president and CEO of PHINMA Properties, created Pathways to provide an ecosystem for millennials and Gen Zers. Pathways is headed by Enrique Moran, AVP for PHINMA Properties. In 2018, Moran — with friends from Acceler8 and Unionspace — embarked on their first joint venture co-working facility in Rockwell, Makati.

The Acceler8 facility has 27 executive suites, two meeting rooms, a board room, 30 co-working seats; and offers high speed Internet, free coffee, tea, printing services, virtual office, and community events to foster all of its clients interests and opportunity to collaborate with each other. PHINMA Properties believes that making lives better shouldn’t be just geared towards making their markets grow, but rather, preparing and paving the way for the next generation to make their lives better through quality housing solutions in a shared economical space.

“It is not the easiest of things to create such a product here,” said Moran. “But with the rise of technology, value for quality experiences, and the changing landscape of the younger markets’ needs and wants, it’s very fulfilling to see that their lives are changed and positively impacted by the products we create for them.”

“We act as social architects in creating these spaces for the millennials and GenZ market. We provide them not only beds to sleep in, desks to work on, but rather an ecosystem where all of them can interact and share the same values to either grow individually, share rich experiences, or even connect professionally,” adds Felix.
