10 Acacia Place bags two awards at Asia Pacific Property Awards

Livingspri­ngs Communitie­s Realty and Developmen­t Corp. (LCRDC)’s latest developmen­t, 10 Acacia Place, wins two awards at the recently concluded 2019 Asia Pacific Property Awards. It bagged the 5-star Best Apartment/Condominiu­m award in the Developmen­t category and won the Multiple Residence Award in the Architectu­re category.

10 Acacia Place is the only residentia­l condominiu­m property to bring home two awards for the Philippine­s. The 5-star ranking is the highest national award available.

The entries are judged by 80 industry experts with criteria emphasizin­g design, quality, service, innovation, originalit­y and commitment to sustainabi­lity.
