Cosmetic surgery congress features cutting-edge technologies
Participants in the 47th founding anniversary and annual congress of the Philippine Society of Cosmetic Surgery (PSCS) on Aug. 11 will benefit from the cutting-edge technologies that will be shared by top and seasoned experts in the field.
The event will include the founding anniversary program, awarding/recognition rites, induction ceremonies and congress proper at Taal Vista Hotel in Tagaytay City, Cavite.
With its theme ”Lift – Disruptive Technologies and Innovations,” the congress will feature the following topics and resource persons: Liquid Lift – Emerging Toxins & Fillers Injection Techniques (Nabota), Dr. Maria Christina Puyat; Filler Lift – True Lift Technique (Restylane), Dr. Alvin Jorge; Threadlift – Physiological 3D Reshaing with Happy Lift Threads (Menarini), Dr. Jaime Anthony Arzadon; EnergyBased Lift – Plasma Upper Blepharoplasty (Calee), Dr. Maria Isabelita Joya; Regenerative Lift – Osteopore Rhinoplasty, Dr. Lim Jonghak; Autologous Lift – Breast Augmentation with Autologous Fat Transfer; 9 years experience, Dr. Alfred Callanta; and Chin Augmentation with Fat Grafting, Dr. Al Farabi Jaafar.
During the event, eight international surgeons will be inducted as honorary fellow: Thanavatt Chotima, president of the Thai Association and Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Sanh Salyasiri, TACS founder; Marco Faria-Correa (Brazil-Singapore); Yin Wei Min (China); Kyoung Jin Kang, founder of the Korean College of Cosmetic Surgery; Jeong Ho Seo, president, KCCS; Dr. Kyung Chun An, faculty of KCCS; and Dr. Nikolay Serdev, Bulgaria.
Included also are two respected Philippine surgeons; Porfirio Tica (president, PPAI) and Dr John Cenica (president, PSLSI).
